Little Wings Early Learning Academy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established by IAM District 751 and the Machinists Institute. We believe every child is capable, curious, and eager to learn. Our school provides a warm, engaging environment where children thrive socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually.

Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, our educators thoughtfully design engaging learning environments where curiosity is valued, creativity is encouraged, and children are empowered to explore, investigate, and discover through meaningful work and authentic experiences.

We believe learning extends beyond academics. Every day, children develop empathy, kindness, responsibility, confidence, and respect for themselves, others, and the world around them.
